Refund Policy

These study aids are meant to help people achieve the desired results from the materials provided. There are no guarantess either explicitly or tacitly given that the products or materials provided will guarantee an outcome desired. All care has been taken to ensure that the information shared is accurate and current at the time of its creation.

Fields of study are continually evolving and with the advent of AI these improvements take place at a rapid rate.

It is however my policy to allow refunds wherever it is seen as fair and equitable and the person acquiring my service via this site has decided to not acquire such material anymore.

In the case of having paid for a course and the person is unable to attend such a course, a full refund will be allowed, provided there is more than 7 days from where a refund request has been received and the date of the commencement of the course for which a refund has been requested.

If the course has not commenced and the refund request has only been received within a period of seven days before the commencement of that particular course, 50% (fifty percent) of such fees paid will be refunded.

If the course was fully paid for and the course commencement date has passed , NO REFUND will be made and the refund request will be nul and void. This is due to the nartue of the product as some materials for the course would have already been made available.

Site Memberships of one of the membership types on the site may be cancelled at any time. However, it must be noted due to the nature of the product and the low fees charged for such site memberships, there will be no refund of monies paid for such memberships.
